1. What we collect

Account info (email, phone, display name), shipping address, order history, membership tier, and basic device/usage telemetry to keep the marketplace secure and functional.

2. How we use it

To process orders, authenticate sign-in, prevent fraud, send transactional notifications (order confirmations, shipping, password resets), and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

3. Sharing

We share data only with processors required to deliver the service — payment, fulfillment, email, and analytics providers — under contracts that restrict their use to our instructions.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session state, and first-party analytics to understand usage. No third-party advertising cookies.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your account data at any time from your account page or by emailing hello@brandout.co. EU/UK/CA users have additional rights under GDPR/UK GDPR/PIPEDA.

6. Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Order records may be retained for up to 7 years for tax and accounting compliance.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted on a need-to-know basis. Report security issues to hello@brandout.co.

8. Children

BrandOut is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes

We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.
